You Tube takes down Brazilian supermodel video

Video site You Tube has bowed to a Brazilian court order and removed a steamy video of super model Daniele Cicarelli and Brazilian banker Renato Malzoni in (very) intimate scenes along a beach near the Spanish city of Cadiz. The Court originally ordered the video be taken down in September, but it continued to be available on the Google owned You Tube video site.

The video continues to be available on other sites underlining the problem of enforcing judicial orders on the internet. For every court order there are numerous bloggers who will take it on themselves to thwart any attempt to censor the net.
